Q. Can you add sleeves?
A. Yes, sleeves can be added at no extra cost & will be finished with the same high quality materials as the outfit. If you require additional embroidery, then there may be a small charge.

Q. Can I change the colour of the outfit?
A. Yes, we can change the colour to suit your desire however please note that we spend time sampling each outfit prior to commercial production. Changing colours is not recommended unless we have sampled it previously to ensure it has the proper aesthetic.

Q. Can I have a dupata with the outfit?
A. Yes. The price ranges depends on the requirement. Please email for specific prices.

Q. What materials do you use in the outfits?
A. We use the highest quality materials in all our items because we believe quality is the priority.

Q. How long before I can get an outfit I have ordered?
A. This typically depends on the season. We strive to ensure that you have your item within 30 days however that is subject to the work going into each piece. Early ordering is the best way to ensure you get your piece in time.

Q. If I don’t like my outfit, can I return it?
A. Unfortunately, all sales are final & we do not accept returns. We would like to stress that we will ensure our best efforts to make you happy because we believe in a long term relationship with our clients, rather than a one time sale philosophy.

Q. How do I make payment?
A. For domestic orders, we accept cash, cheque & bank transfers. For international orders, we accept bank transfers, western union, paypal, direct deposits facility available in Canada, USA and Europe in order to facilitate our customers, Credit card payments can be done for orders placed on our website
